We create high-quality, eye-catching listings across multiple booking platforms, like Airbnb, LekkeSlaap and Booking.com. We make your property stand out by writing compelling descriptions, setting competitive pricing and booking structures to suit you, and showcasing your property at its best.
Absolutely freeWe handle guest communication from the first message to the last, as well as key handovers, guest manuals and home walk-throughs, so arrivals and departures run smoothly. Remote check-ins are recommended, and we can help you set them up.
Included in management feeWe shop on your behalf, keeping your home stocked with essentials like toilet paper, black bags and hand soap. We keep your inventory list up to date and make sure guests have the essentials they need for a comfortable stay—and great reviews. All receipts are available in your dashboard and included with your invoice. You reimburse the cost of the items; there’s no extra shopping charge.
Items charged at costIf you don’t yet have great photos of your property, we’d love to help. Our professional photographer will capture the beauty and charm of your home with high-quality, eye-catching images. We’ll assess the property and provide a quote based on its size.
From R2,500Our trusted cleaning teams are hand-picked and hotel-trained to leave your property spotless between every stay. We schedule a clean after each check-out, so any issues can be addressed straight away. We also offer and recommend optional quarterly deep cleans, at your cost, to make sure all the little details are taken care of.
R550 per clean R39 per kg for off-site linen, if requiredOur team can take care of minor maintenance for R400 per hour. If outside maintenance is needed on a non-turnover day, we can arrange and oversee the work for a flat R400 fee. Repair and contractor costs are billed separately.
From R400You can supply your own inventory list, or we can create one for you. We’ll visit to assess the house and then provide a quote based on its size.
Once-off from R1,500Your Cohosted Master Dashboard brings everything together in one easy-to-use shared space: shared calendars, upcoming and past bookings, guest reviews, monthly performance and income reports with helpful tips, turnover notes and flags, maintenance issues, invoice creation and receipt collection. Everything you need to see in one place.
Included in management feeWe create eye-catching adverts to attract guests, host them on our page and boost them to help bring you more bookings. This is an additional service; if you’re interested, we’ll provide a quote after assessing your property. Any paid boosting is also at your cost, but a little can go a long way. We’d love to help market your Airbnb and make sure guests know about you.

Meet Jodie and Brent, the heart behind Cohosted and the two people you’ll be working most closely with.
Cohosted was born out of our own frustration with Airbnb property managers. When we were looking for someone to manage our Airbnb, the commissions were too high, the terms too restrictive, and the packages included services we didn’t need or had already taken care of ourselves. Worst of all, we were expected to hand over control of our property, with little flexibility or oversight. We knew there had to be a better way.
Years later, after settling in Simon’s Town, we decided to create the service we’d been looking for: affordable, flexible and hands-on property management that puts owners first. Being based in Simon’s Town means we’re perfectly positioned to serve the greater False Bay area, bringing something larger Cape Town management companies often can’t: a genuinely local, personal and hands-on team who are close by, readily available and personally invested in the homes and people we look after.
